3 cloves garlic (minced), 1tbsp. butter,
1 48oz can chicken broth,
1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 14oz cans stewed tomatoes (undrained and cut into pieces)
19 oz. frozen cheese tortellini. (I use the tricolored ones, because they are prettier)
Grated Parmesan, Locatelli, or Romano cheese

Directions:
In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in butter for 1-2 minutes.
Add broth and tortellini. Heat to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Add spinach and tomatoes, simmer 5-8 minutes more.
Sprinkle each serving with desired Italian cheese.
