1 lb. med noodles
5 eggs, beaten well
1 pint sour cream
1 and 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 and 1/2 lb. cottage cheese, small curd
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain, and rinse noodles in cold water. Add cottage cheese, butter, sugar and drained pineapple. Add sour cream, then mix and fold in beaten eggs. Pour into a large greased pan (the size bigger than 9 x 13) or a 9 x 13 and another smaller one. (8x8) Pour milk over pan, but don't mix. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until brown.
