3 lbs stew meat (more or less)
potatoes
Carrots
Onions
Bell Peppers
28 oz can diced tomatoes
5 Tbs tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Cook In oven proof pan with good lid. Add the amount of potatoes, carrots, onions and bell peppers that you want. A lot or a little, doesn't matter. Add tomatoes and tapioca. Cover and bake in over 200-250 for six hours or more.

I have made this stew in a roaster pan for Jim's hunting trips. Makes a good, tasty stew.
