1 lb. large peeled/deveined shrimp
1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 c mayo
1 tbs honey
2tbs horseradish
2tbs prepared horseradish
whisk, set aside

peheat pan 2-3 minutes
place oil in pan
add shrimp and sprinkle with flour
cook 2-3 minutes until they begin to turn pink.
Stir in orange juice and simmer 3min until sauce thickens

This is good with potato wedges and maybe side salad. We liked the dipping sweeet horseradish sauce.
