Aioli:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlice minced

Crab cakes:
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. mayo
2 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. worcestershire
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 cup panko crumbs
1 lb. cooked crab meat

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix aioli ingredients together and chill.

Cakes: Mix all seasoning, herbs, mayo and mustard together first then stir in crab and panko crumbs last. Divide into 12 equal amounts and shape each into small 1" thick patty. Heat small amount of oil in oven proof skillet over medium high heat and cook patties about 2 minutes till browned on one side. Carefully turn patties then place skillet in oven and bake about 6 minutes to finish. serve with chilled aioli.
