1 box Grasshopper cookies
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 cup margarine- melted
3 boxes instant pistachio pudding (or any instant pudding)
11/2 cups milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and crackers, add margarine and then spread onto bottom of 9X13 pan.
Mix pudding with milk, add softened ice cream and cool whip. Mix together and pour into pan.
Freeze overnight.
