6 potatoes, chopped
6 carrots, chopped
1 package frozen green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of tomato soup
1/2 cup red wine or water
1 large onion –chopped
1 lb. beef stew meat –cut into bite sized pieces
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together in a slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours.
