16 oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
5 green onions, chopped (tops also)
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (no seasoning packet)
4 to 6 oz. slivered almonds
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. oil
1 scant c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix coleslaw and onions in large bowl and set aside. Saute' noodles in oil in large nonstick pan. Stir continuously on medium heat until noodles begin to brown. Then add almonds and sesame seeds. Cool on paper towel and store in ziploc bag until needed. Just before serving, mix coleslaw/green onion mixture with the noodle mixture. Mix together 1 c. oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Toss coleslaw with dressing and serve immediately.
