6 cups chicken broth
3 chicken breasts
1 (5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (4.5 oz.) can corn, drained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Tortilla chips
Avocado slices
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cut up chicken into bite-size pieces. Place broth in large pot. Add tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and garlic powder. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Add chicken.
TO SERVE: Layer ingredients into individual bowl in the following order:
Broken tortilla chips,
Avocado slices
Monterey Jack cheese
Soup
Squeeze of lime juice from lime wedge
