C Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 C Mayonnaise
6 Eggs
C Light cream
t Dry mustard
t Salt
1 T Instant minced onions

Slightly butter bottom of unbaked 9 pie shell.
Sprinkle ham & cheese over top.
Beat eggs until light.
Add cream, mayo, mustard & salt.
Stir in onions and pour over ham & cheese.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees or until puffy & brown.

Opt: mushrooms, green onions or cheddar cheese.
