3 C French bread, cubed
3 C Ham, cooked & cubed
# Sharp cheddar, grated
3 T Flour
1 T Dry mustard
3 T Butter, melted
4 Eggs, beaten
3 C Milk
Opt. Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 qt. rectangular baking dish.
Layer bread, ham, cheese and butter twice.
Between layers, sprinkle combined flour and mustard.
Beat together eggs, milk and Tabasco and pour over casserole.
Cover and refrigerator overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 for about 1 hour until eggs are set and top is lightly brown.
