Make white sauce:
3 T. butter, melted
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp.dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne pepper
2 T. parsley, chopped
1 T. lemon juice

1 1/2 c. cooked, chopped shrimp
2 c. mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix white sauce of butter, flour, and milk together. Stir constantly. Cook until thickened.
Mix together mustard, salt, paprika, pepper, parsley and lemon juice and add to the white sauce. Fold in the shrimp. Pour into greased baking dish. Make a border of 2 c. mashed potatoes. Bake at 375 for 20 mins. Bake until lightly browned.
