1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk (I freeze the rest for next time)
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
1 head cabbage, shredded (I use the packaged
1 small can of chopped olives
10 green onions chopped (opt.)
4 cups chopped chicken
green grapes cut in half (opt.)
slivered almonds (opt.)
croissants OR small soft rolls

Mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, cream cheese, and Ranch Dressing together with a hand mixer. In a bowl add rest of ingredients, except croissants. Stir in dressing mix. Cut croissant open and spread mixture on bottom and place top on.
