1 lb. wide egg noodles ½ cup sugar 1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream 1 pt. (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese 4 eggs ½ cup golden raisins ¼ lb. butter or margarine 1 tsp. cinnamon
Boil noodles and drain. Beat sugar, sour cream cottage cheese, eggs and raisins together in mixing bowl. Melt butter and mix half with the noodles and use the rest to grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add all ingredients together with noodles. Mix in the cinnamon. Bake for 1 hour at 350⁰.
