1 lb. fine noodles
4 eggs
¼ lb. margarine, melted
2 cups half and half
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, water squeezed out

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole pan or 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cook noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Drain well. Beat eggs by hand in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients except noodles to the bowl and mix. Fold in noodles and pour all into prepared pan. Bake at 350 ⁰ for 1 hour or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into pieces. Serves about 20 people.
