4 onions
oil or butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 hard boiled eggs
1 can peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and brown in a bit of oil or butter. Toast the walnuts in the toaster oven until brown. Combine all ingredients in food processor, but do not over process or it will become mushy. Let sit in the refrigerator 24 hours. Great recipe because you have to do it the day before!

My mother used to make this since liver is not healthy and most people couldn’t tell the difference!
