1 pound hash browns uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cube melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients all together and put in 10 x 10 pan. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 40 45 minutes.
