1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
2 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs until hard-cooked –around 11 minutes. Cool eggs completely. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a separate bowl. Mix cooked yolks and all above ingredients together. You may need to use a hand mixer for creamier texture. Place mixture in egg halves and serve!
