Quiche - for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
In 1 deep dish pie crust place:
Cooked and sliced bacon, ham, or Little Smokies' sausage
2 cups shredded cheese (Swiss, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella)
For meatless place:
raw broccoli, green onions, green peppers, shredded carrots, hashbrown potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, torn spinach (zucchini doesn't work well)
In a blender mix:
1 1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pour mixture onto meat, cheese, veggies
Put pie tin on a pan (it may overflow)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until it doesn't jiggle.
If the quiche isn't done, and it's time to eat, pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
