2 cups Bluebird flour or all-purpose flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. oil 2 eggs 2 cups milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, thoroughly combine oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Let stand five minutes. Cook on griddle over low-medium heat.
