1 cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp. white onion coarsely chopped
1 cup canola oil (not olive oil)
6 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (4% acidity)

Directions:
Directions:
Puree onion in food processor or blender, then add vinegar and pulse/blend for 10 seconds or more. Add marmalade and blend again. Lastly, add oil at medium pace while blender or processor is running. Label, date and store in refrigerator for weeks.
