1 T. butter, 2 T. olive oil, 1 diced Roma tomato, 1/4 cup chopped prosciutto, salt and pepper to taste, white wine, choice of cooked pasta, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh sweet basil.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the butter and olive oil in a saute pan. Saute the diced tomatoes, prosciutto, salt and pepper together for a couple of minutes. Deglaze the pan with wine. Toss prosciutto mixture with cooked pasta. Serve with fresh grated Parmesan and basil.
