2 cups chopped cooked boneless chicken breast
2 cups frozen mixed veggies or 1 can mixed veggies
1 can cream of chicken soup - healthy request
1 can cream of potato soup
1/4 heaping tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup milk
1-2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together except the pie crust. Place bottom pie crust in a pie place. Fill pie and place a pie crust on top. Pinch edges closed of the pie and trim off excess. Place a baking sheet under pie plate and bake in oven until pie crust is done.

40 to 45 minutes.

Lately I have only been using a pie crust on top, so you could freeze the other crust.
