1 cup mayo/Miracle Whip Light
1/4 cup ketchup
1-2 T sweet or dill pickle relish
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
3 cups coleslaw mix
8 rye or whole wheat bread slices
1 (6oz) package of swiss cheese slices
12 oz thinly sliced ham

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Stir together first 4 ingredients. Combine coleslaw mix and 1/2 cup mayo mixture in a medium bowl. spread 1 T remaining mayo mixture evenly on 1 side of each bread slice. Layer 4 bread slices, mayo sides up, with cheese, ham, and coleslaw mixture.

2. Place sandwiches 2 inches apart on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Place another baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray greased side down on sandwiches.

3. Bake 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Makes 4 servings.

Last time a had some mayo mixture left over, so it depends upon how you like your sandwiches. I'm not a big mayo person, but these were really really yummy!
