1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1# ground turkey breast
1 # ground beef
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 large can petite cut diced tomatoes
Two packets McCormick chili seasoning mix
1 can corn
1 can black beans, drained
2 cans light kidney beans, drained
1 can white beans, drained
1 can of beer
1 handful of dark chocolate chips

Combine both meats, pepper and onions in a very large pot. Cook until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain. Add tomatoes, and seasoning packets. Simmer on low for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 more hour.

FYI...this makes a ton! Good for a party or it freezes well in smaller containers. It is not very spicy, but tastes delicious.
