1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
2 medium onions, chopped
9 tbsp. margarine, divided
1 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 large red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
6 cups milk
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
6 cups cubed, cooked turkey breast
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 & 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
4 tsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile in a dutch oven, saute onions in 6 tbsp. margarine until limp. Add mushrooms & pepper. Saute a few min. longer or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in flour & salt until blended. Gradually whisk in milk & bouillon. Bring to a boil. Cook & stir for a few min. until thickened. Stir in turkey & cheese; heat through & remove from heat.
Drain spaghetti; add to turkey mixture & mix well. Transfer to a greased 9x13" baking casserole dish & a 11x7 baking casserole dish. Melt remaining margarine, toss with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over casseroles. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Sprinkle with parsley.

This is so nice as You get 1 casserole for a potluck supper & get to keep 1 for Yourself. Nice to cut in squares & serve like Lasagne, with a salad & crusty garlic bread.
