Ingredients:
1 tsp garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
4 (6oz) skinless and boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine garlic and olive oil in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 to 45 seconds or just warm.
2. combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and pepper in a shallow dish. (You can also omit the breadcrumbs and use more parmesan cheese). I usually cut the chicken in half lengthwise or into smaller pieces. Dip chicken in warm olive oil and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.

Makes 4 servings.

Personal Notes:
