2 cups of French’s French Fried Onions
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts.
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the onions in a plastic bag. Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten egg and then coat the chicken with the onion crumbs. Bake the chicken on a cookie sheet at 400º for about 20 minutes (or until fully cooked).
