3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
1 chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Moisten chicken with water. Roll in crumbs to coat. Put chicken in single layer in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken tests done.

For barbecue-style chicken, dip chicken in barbecue sauce to coat, then roll in seasoned crumbs and bake as above.
