1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk with 1 tsp white vinegar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup oat bran (found in cereal section)
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In another bowl, combine salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, oat bran, and flour. Stir into banana mixture just until moist. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 12 lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 for 17 minutes.
