1 lb. lean hamburger 1 large onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 -19 oz. can tomatoes 1 can red kidney beans with juice 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce garlic powder
Saute in dutch oven hamburger. Add onions &green pepper. saute until limp. Add tomatoes, kidney beans & seasonings. Cover & let simmer gently for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add a little water or tomato sauce, if necessary to thin or thicken.
