2 lbs chicken wings
2-3 tsp. sugar
1/2-3/4 cup soya sauce
2 tsp.minced ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Trim off tips of wings. Put on foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar & allow to stand at room temperature for 15-20 min. In a cup measure mix soya sauce,ginger, garlic, pepper, paprika & chili. Pour over chicken & allow to stand another 30 min.,stirring occasionally, to coat. Bake at 350 for 45min. to 1 hour.
