1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
24 oz. tomato sauce
2 fresh tomatoes
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup minced green onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain noodles. Brown meat and drain off grease. Add tomato sauce, chopped fresh tomatoes, green pepper and salt and pepper to meat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, cottage cheese and green onions. Using a 9 x 13 pan, layer the noodles, meat sauce and cottage cheese/sour cream mixture. Repeat layers until all used up. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
