12-24 hard boiled eggs
2 cups white vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 tsp. salt
12 whole cloves
1tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. whole pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Place peeled eggs in jar. Combine vinegar, water & salt in a small saucepan. Add spices tied in a cheese cloth bag. Boil gently for 10 min. Remove spice bag & cool vinegar. Pour over eggs in large bottle, adding more vinegar if necessary to completely cover. Cover jar & refrigerate for 2 days before using. Keeps for months.
