6 large russet potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & cut potatoes. Boil until completely tender, drain well. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Add in 2 cups of shredded cheese and 1 cup mozzarella. Place in a buttered 9x13 in. pan, top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake 350 for 30 min.
