1 cup butter
2 cups Flour
4 Tabs. sugar
Filling
3 cup sugar
2/3 cup cream
6 eggs yolks
4 T. flour
6 cup cut up rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
melt Butter add sugar , flour mix and put in 9" 13" Pan bake 350 15 min.
mix filling and cook and stir filling until thick pour over crust.
Beat eggs whites add 1/2 cup sugar spread on top
sprinkle with sugar and bake until brown on top.
