2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
about a pint of cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
red onion to taste, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. cilantro
1 - 2 avocados, diced

Dressing:
4 T. fresh lime juice
3 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. olive oil (garlic infused is good)
Seasoned salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro in a large bowl. Stir together lime juice, vinegar, and olive oil and add to the bean and corn mixture. Just before serving add the diced avocado. I like to sprinkle the avocado lightly with garlic salt. Then incorporate the avocado gently into the salsa.
