1 large can sweet potatoes, drained, or fresh sweet potatoes, baked or boiled
1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 -1 tsp. chipotle sauce
1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 - 1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place sweet potatoes in large sauce pan over medium heat; stir in butter, chipotle sauce, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mash potatoes to desired consistency, stirring in whipping cream, a little at a time. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until hot throughout. Serve garnished with a bit of fresh orange zest, if desired!
