1 large un-frosted angel food cake
1 8-oz. Package semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 eggs, separated
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add egg yolks, milk and sugar. Beat. When thickened, cool slightly to room temperature and add beaten egg whites. Fold in whipped cream. Break cake in bite-size pieces and put in buttered 9x13-inch cake pan. Pour mixture over cake bits moving pieces so mixture gets to all pieces. Grind nuts over top. Chill for several hours. Do not freeze. Cut in squares.
