1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4 saltine crackers, crushed
3/4 tsp. old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3-4 drops hot sauce
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
6 tbsp. mayonnaise, divided
1 lb. lump crab meat, drained
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients and 3 tbsp. mayonnaise. Stir in crab meat. Shape into 6 3-inch patties and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Combine remaining mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning. Spread on crab cakes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
