1 1/2 - 2 pounds of hamburger
1 large chopped onion
1 can black beans (do not drain)
1 can pinto beans (do not drain)
1 can red beans (do not drain)
2 cans white corn (do not drain)
2 cans Ro-Tel (do not drain)
2 pkg. dry Ranch Dressing mix
2 pkg. taco seasoning
Optional:
sour cream
chopped green onions
shredded cheese
Fritos

Directions:
Combine cooked hamburger in crockpot with all beans, corn, taco seasoning, Ranch dressing mix, and Ro-Tel. Cook on LOW for about 2 hours or so. Also can be cooked on stove top. Serve with optional Fritos, shredded cheese, chopped green onions and sour cream.
