2 c. pumpkin, cooked
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake in a moderate oven approximately 40 minutes. Makes 2 pies. Top each slice with a spoon of Cool Whip before serving.
