3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. ice water
1 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening and flour and mix until well blended. Add egg, vinegar and ice water; mix well. Form into ball. Divide into 3 portions; roll out and place in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes for baked shell. Yields 3 pie crusts.
