2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 Cup melted butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 Can cream chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
10 oz or 2 Cups grated cheese
2 Cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 Cup melted butter mixed with corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Defrose hash browns. Combine 1/2 Cup better, salt, pepper. Add onion, soup,sour cream and cheese. Mix. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Mix butter and corn flakes. Cover potatoes.

Bake 350 for 1 hour
