1 1/2 lbs ground pork sausage
1 8oz pkg refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 c mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausage in a large deep skillet. Cook over med high heat til evenly brown. Erain, crumble and set aside. Pre heat oven to 425. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.Lay rolls flat in the bottom of the pan. Combine cooked sausage, cheese, eggs, milk, salt & pepper, pour over crescent roll dough. Gake for 15 minutes at 425 til bubbly and rolls are baked.
