1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion (cut up fine)
2/3 Cup rice
2 Cups chopped celery
1 Can creme of mushroom soup
1-4oz can mushroom stems and pieces
3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 Can water (mushroom soup size)

Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion. Add all other ingredients.

Bake 350 for one hour

Stir a couple times during baking
