1 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 lb. broccoli, pieces
1/2 lb. cauliflower, pieces
2 c. pasta

Sauce:
2 T. flour
2 T. oil
1/2 c. chicken broth or water
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Spices such as salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions on pkg. Drain. Set aside. Dice up cooked chicken. Steam broc. and cauli. until tender. Make white sauce in skillet. Add any spices you wish. Melt cheese into white sauce. You can stir it all together in one pan or just serve it in layers in a bowl. Start with pasta on bottom, add chicken and then vegs. and last pour sauce over it all. Serve with wine and warm bread. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
