1 lb spaghetti (thin is best)
4 large tomatoes, peeled and cubed
4 very large cloves of garlic
6 basil leaves silvered
6 grindings of pepper
1 tsp salt
2/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lb pasta
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pasta and cheese. Cover and let sit at room temperature 8 to 10 hours.

Cook pasta, drain well, add sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
.
