1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 T. yeast
3/4 c. butter or 6 T. of oil
2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. sugar
2-3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Dough should not be sticky, may need to add more flour, depending on the weather. Put on cookie sheet or pizza round.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Dough can also be used for Cinnamon Rolls.
