4 c. sliced peeled tart apples
c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
c. all purpose flour
tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg
c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in buttered pie plate or baking dish and sprinkle with orange juice. For topping - combine sugar, flour, spices and a dash of salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and then scatter topping over apples. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until apples are done.
